She eventually moved over to experienced professional recruitment where she took great pleasure in finding highly cleared engineers of all disciplines for multiple sites. She discovered true satisfaction through creating the social media strategy for the leadership association within Lockheed Martin, and training her fellow recruiters on the newest technologies and search methodologies. Stephanie holds a BS in Psychology and a MS in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University.
